Carol A.
Betori
Mar 5, 1937 — Jun 23, 2025
Chardon
Carol Ann Betori, devoted mother and grandmother, was reunited with her loving husband
Americo 'Rick' Betori (deceased) on June 23, 2025. Dearest mother of Lisa Lauria (Michael),
Richard (Julie), David and John (Theresa); devoted grandmother of Nicole (Rick), Domenic (Rachael),
Stefanie (Tim), Richard (Jillian), James, Anthony (Joseph), Joseph and Vincent (Makaylee);
dear daughter of Earl and Ann Oltmanns (Snyder) (both deceased); dear sister of Barry (deceased) (Janet);
devoted great grandmother to Addilyn, Keegan, Sofia, Ricky, Carter, Jaxon, Lucas, and Caroline;
aunt to many nieces and nephews and caring friend to many.
Early on, Carol worked as a teller at Cleveland Trust Bank and eventually became the office manager
for Acacia Country Club, retiring after several years. In addition to spending as much time as possible
with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren, Carol's life was enriched by her love for golf, camping,
the Cleveland Browns, and her cherished homemade Christmas ravioli tradition. This yearly activity,
often involving many family members (and often scheduled on a Browns bye week) was a time of
togetherness and teamwork. It was a blessed day rooted in family history, passed down through generations,
making it a truly special occasion that continues to this day. Carol enjoyed taking cruise vacations with her
husband, Rick, and many of their friends. These adventures allowed them to explore new places and create lasting memories.
Our family will miss our mom, grandmother, and great - grandmother dearly, but we all know we were truly blessed
to have her in our lives.
