Kevin Scott Needham, 44 passed away on Thursday, May 10, 2018. Kevin

was a graduate of T. Wingate Andrews High School Class of 1992 in High Point, NC.

He then earned a Bachelor Degree and Culinary Degree at Johnson & Wales University,

Charleston, South Carolina graduating in 1996.  Kevin, his wife and daughter have resided

in Cleveland Heights for over fourteen years.

Kevin enjoyed the great outdoors and coaching the young men of the Brush High School Soccer Team.

Kevin's proudest moment was in 2010 when his school became the first district in Northeast Ohio to

implement the Farm to Fork program, bringing fresh local produce into the cafeterias.

This program was awarded a Model Practice Award in 2013 and a Promising Practice Award in

2012 by the National Association of County and City Health Officials (NACCHO) and earned the

school district special recognition from First Lady Michele Obama with a trip to the White House

as part of the Let's Move initiative.

Kevin is survived by his beloved wife Andrea (nee Pope); his cherished daughter Isabella;

loving parents Billie and Jerry Needham; and his dear sister Jennifer Needham (Eric Robinson)

and wonderful nephews Andrew and Felix. Family will receive friends and family on Saturday,

June 9, 2018 from 9:30-10:30 at The Church of the Gesu, 2470 Miramar Blvd, University Heights, Ohio

followed by a funeral mass at 10:30. The family suggests memorial contributions to be made to
