Beloved son of Alexandra (nee Phillips) and David. Dear brother of Isabel (Andy O'Donnell),

Ambrose, Blaise and Jesse. Devoted grandson of Richard (deceased) and Sandra Phillips,

Robert and Eileen DeRoberts (both deceased). Cherished uncle of Vivienne.

Nephew and cousin to many. Mass of Christian Burial 10:00 am Saturday December 17,

at Holy Rosary Church. The family will receive friends at THE VITANTONIO-PREVITE FUNERAL HOME

2110 MURRAY HILL RD., CLEVELAND, FRIDAY 4-7PM. Interment will be private. Contributions may

be made in Sebastian's name to the Cuyahoga County Animal Shelter,  9500 Sweet Valley Dr., Valley View, Ohio 44125
