DAVID A. DORNBACK age 86, passed away February 18, 2016; beloved husband of Ann (nee Hayden); loving father of David (Julie), John (Trish) and Elisabeth Young (Andrew); devoted grandfather of William, Max and Samuel; survived by twin brother Donald J. (of Cape Cod, Ma.) and brother to the following deceased, William H. Jr., Ruth Shie, Robert L. and Ann Jackson; brother-in-law of James B. Hayden (Georgia) (of Union City, Mich.) and Marvin D. Shie II, M.D. (of Westlake, Ohio); devoted uncle to many nieces and nephews. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to St. Paul's Episcopal Church or Dunham Tavern Museum. Memorial Services 11:00 am Saturday February 27, at St. Paul's Episcopal Church, 2747 Fairmont Blvd. (at Coventry Rd.) Cleveland Heights. Private Interment will be held at Lake View Cemetery. Arrangements entrusted to VITANTONIO-PREVITE FUNERAL HOME CLEVELAND.
