FRANCIS A. DeLUCA “Frank” 91; a US Army veteran passed away
December 9, 2020. Beloved husband of Annette “Gay” (nee Watkins).
Loving father of Barbara DeLuca (Mike Salman).
Dear grandfather of Michelle DeLuca (Keith Double).
Great grandfather of Frankie, Lucy and Thomas.
Brother of Joe (Wanda Deceased) and the following deceased John (Betty),
Mary Jude Iaconis (William); uncle and great uncle of many
nieces and nephews. Grandpa Frank wore many hats
and touched many lives. He never met a stranger and his humor was
infectious. He was a radio announcer, in a rockabilly band and
played the drums. Frank was a postman who loved his job. His favorite
place in the world was a little place called Eritrea, Africa where he served
for a period of time. Frank’s a legend and his unconditional love for his family
and friends will carry on forever. He Loved Little Italy and will forever be a
part of the neighborhood. Frank loved a simple life, good food, good friends,
good spirits and unconditional love all around. Thank you for 91 years of being Frank.
Mass of Christian Burial 10:30am Wednesday December 16, at Holy Rosary Church;
Interment Lake View Cemetery. The family will receive friends at
THE VITANTONIO-PREVITE FUNERAL HOME 2110 MURRAY HILL RD.,
CLEVELAND TUESDAY 4-7PM. (PLEASE NOTE MASKS
AND SOCIAL DISTACING IS REQUIRED AT THE FUNERAL
HOME AS WELL AT CHURCH).
