JAMES L. KOONS age 85; Veteran U.S. Air Force, Korea

passed away January 2, 2022; beloved husband of Shirley

(nee Johnston); loving father of Lionel (Charlotte), Sue Brewer (George),

Tracy Mezacapa (Paul), Jeff (Kathleen), Sharon Lewis (Phillip)

and Karen Miller (Dave); devoted grandfather of 13 and great

grandfather of 6; dear brother of 3 brothers and 7 sisters (all of

Penna.). Jim was an avid outdoorsman, gunsmith and boy scout

Leader. Mass of Christian Burial 11:00am Saturday January 8,

at Holy Redeemer Church, 15712 Kipling Ave., Cleveland        

(PLEASE MEET AT CHURCH); Interment will be private.

The family will receive friends at THE VITANTONIO-PREVITE

FUNERAL HOME 5236 MAYFIELD RD., LYNDHURST

(EAST OF RICHMOND RD.) FRIDAY 3-8PM. AND SATURDAY AT

HOLY REDEEMER 10:00AM UNTIL TIME OF MASS. (FOR THE
