Julia E. (Tancredi) DiFranco

Julia DiFranco (nee Tancredi), age 88, of Cleveland (Collinwood), Ohio,

passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family.

Born and raised in Cleveland, Julia devoted her life to her family and faith. 

She was the cherished mother of Drema (deceased), Daniel (MaryLee), Dennis and

Danielle Tiedman (Ron); and the proud Grandmother of Daniel, Domenic (Kelly), Julia (Ryan),

Dennis, Nina (Ryan), Ronnie (Samantha), Nick (Danielle), Jessica (Abigail).  

She was also the beloved Great-Grandmother of Domenic, Enzo, Lennon, Fallon and Vinny.

Julia was preceded in death by her brothers Vince Tancredi and Salvatore Iliano, and is survived by

her sister-in-law, Rose.   She was also a loving Aunt.

A woman of deep faith, Julia was an active member of Holy Redeemer Church, where she found joy,

friendship, and purpose.  She loved spending time with her family and friends, and was known for her

independence, generosity and willingness to help anyone in need. 

Julia’s legacy of love, kindness, and strength will live on through her family and all who were blessed to know her. 

Mass of Christian Burial 10:30am Saturday October 18th, at Holy Redeemer

Church, 15712 Kipling Ave., Cleveland where the family will receive friends

9:30am until time of Mass. Interment All Souls Cemetery. In lieu of flowers

the family requests contributions be made to Holy Redeemer Church.
