ANGELO G. SARRIS, age 75. Cherished husband of 47 years to Maria (nee Kontos); Loving father of Dean (wife Lyndsey) and Renee Crown (husband Kevin), Best Papou to Jillian, Alexander, and Samuel; Beloved brother of John (deceased) (wife Giannoula) and Nick (wife Vaso); son of the late George J. and Maria (nee Bournias); brother-in-law of Dr. Peter Kontos; uncle of many. The family will receive friends at Sts. Constantine & Helen Greek Orthodox Cathedral, 3352 Mayfield Rd., Cleveland Heights, OH 44118 on Monday, October 18, from 11:00am to 1:00pm followed by a funeral service at 1:00pm. Interment Hillcrest Cemetery, Prophet Elias Greek section. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial gifts to Sts. Constantine & Helen Greek Orthodox Cathedral or Saint Loukas or Panagia Evangelistria Orthodox Church in Angelo’s home village of Kardamyla, Chios, Greece.
